Superdiet has developed the Beauty Protocol for you, in 3 successive phases to contribute naturally to the beauty of your skin:
Phase 1 (10 days): Liver detox.
This formula is composed of Artichoke, which helps detoxify the liver, and Fumitory, which contributes to healthy liver function. Milk Thistle completes the formula.
Phase 2 (10 days): skin beauty.
This phase contains Burdock, recognized for its contribution to skin beauty. Nettle, Dandelion and Carrot complete the formula.
Phase 3 (10 days): clear skin.
Nettle, which makes up this phase, is recognized for its contribution to clear skin.
We recommend that you complement the action of the Protocole Beauté by integrating the following naturopathic principles into your routine: drink at least 1.5L of water a day, engage in regular physical activity that allows you to perspire, practice the sauna regularly if your state of health permits (ask your doctor for advice)... And don't forget to eat a healthy and varied diet, and check the composition of the cosmetics you use.
