WHO? Adults and adolescents aged 10 and over (see precautions for use).
HOW TO USE? Preferably between meals, with a large glass of water. Adolescents over 10: 1 tablet per day. Adults: 2 tablets a day, preferably in 2 doses of 1 tablet each (e.g. 1 tablet morning and evening).
